An LED wall rental gives your event something a projector never can: true brightness, true color, and a picture that holds up under ballroom chandeliers or afternoon sun. MARX entertainment has been producing events across Massachusetts since 1979, and our fine-pitch LED video wall rental packages are the backbone of almost every corporate show, gala, and large-format production we run.

We deliver, build, and operate the wall — from Boston, Cambridge, and Worcester out to Springfield, Fall River, New Bedford, Cape Cod, and everywhere in between. Modular panels let us configure a video wall to fit your stage, step-and-repeat, or backdrop. Whether you need a small booth display or a full LED stage screen rental for a conference keynote, your content looks crisp from the front row to the back of the room.

Every LED video wall rental from MARX ships with a certified tech who stays through showtime. We handle the processor, the content switching, the live camera feed, and the sightline check. You hand us a deck, a sizzle reel, a Zoom presenter, or a live camera — we put it on screen, clean and on cue.

Most jobs go in and out in a single day. For multi-day conferences, product launches, and broadcasts, we can staff through the entire run. This page covers LED wall rental in MA specifically — we also provide full audio visual production if you need sound, staging, lighting, and recording alongside the wall.

When you hire an LED video wall from MARX, you're hiring the team that runs it — not just the gear. That's the difference between a screen that sits there looking expensive and a wall that actually carries the show.

Frequently asked questions

LED wall rental starts at $6,500 for a single-day event, which covers the wall, delivery, setup, an on-site tech, and breakdown. Final pricing depends on panel size, pixel pitch, build complexity, and delivery — full-stage setups for conferences and large productions run higher. Send us your date, venue, and rough screen size and we'll come back with a firm number.

An LED wall emits its own light, so it stays bright and sharp with the house lights up, during dinner service, or in any fully lit venue. A projector relies on a dark room and a reflective screen — the moment someone walks in front of it or the lights come up, the image washes out. LED walls also scale to any aspect ratio you want, while projectors are limited to the size of the screen you hang. For corporate events, galas, and trade shows in Massachusetts, an LED wall is almost always the better answer.

Yes. That's one of the biggest reasons to use an LED wall instead of a projector. Because the panels emit their own light, the picture stays bright and sharp even in a fully lit ballroom, during a plated dinner service, or during an awards ceremony where the room needs to stay bright for guests. You don't have to choose between readable content and a usable room.

A common starting point is 10% to 12% of the viewing distance as screen width. So if the back row is 60 feet from the stage, a 6 to 8 foot wide wall reads clearly. For a 150-person gala, a 12 × 8 ft wall is the common choice. For a 500-person general session, 16 × 9 ft or larger. Modular panels let us scale the exact configuration to match your stage design.

Yes. Our in-house team can design custom reveal sequences, logo animations, sponsor loops, and speaker lower-thirds. We also accept client-supplied content in MP4, MOV, ProRes, PowerPoint, Keynote, and PDF — and our on-site tech switches between slides, video, and live camera feeds through a dedicated video processor. The goal is clean transitions, no dead air, and content that looks designed for the screen.

Peak AV weeks (April–June and September–November) fill six to eight weeks out, sometimes longer for larger configurations. For smaller indoor walls we can often accommodate shorter notice, but the safe move is to reach out as soon as your date is set. If you're inside four weeks, send us a note anyway — we'll tell you honestly what's available.

Yes — all of Massachusetts. Boston, Cambridge, Worcester, Springfield, Fall River, New Bedford, Brockton, Lowell, Lynn, the Berkshires, MetroWest, and Cape Cod. We handle delivery, setup, and on-site tech support end to end.

Yes — most of our video wall hire is single-day: delivery, build, calibration, show support, and same-night breakdown are all included in one price. We also quote multi-day conferences and week-long installs, where the daily rate drops significantly after day one.
